2012-2013

  • 18 September – “Botong and Puruganan: A Double Centennial Tribute” Exhibit at the UST Museum, Manila
  • 18 October – Freeway: National Artist Collectors Series x Botong Francisco. A Fashion Launch at Freeway@The Row, Glorietta 1, Makati City
  • 25 October – “Philippine Art Awards Pays Tribute to Maestro Botong” Opening of two Exhibits by Association of Angono Artists (AAA)  and Philippine Art Awards (PAA)  Winners at the Blanco  Family Museum to be followed by the unveiling of the Botong centennial marker and re-opening of the refurbished studio of the master at the Francisco Heritage House in Angono, Rizal
  • 4 November – Early morning Holy Mass at Botong’s grave, and Commemorative Program at the Angono Public Cemetery to be offered by the Municipality of Angono  & Friends of Maestro Botong in Angono, Rizal
  • 10 November – “Sabado sa Museo at si Botong Francisco” Museum Talk by Dr. Patrick D. Flores and Carlos (Totong) G. Francisco II presented by the Museum Foundation of the Philippines at the National Gallery, National Museum, Manila
  • 16 November  – “Remembering the Great Master”. A One-man Exhibit by Botong’s Studio Protégé : Salvador Juban, at the Yuchengco Museum, Makati City
  • 19 November – The FEU Conference on Maestro Botong, featuring his works and influence with experts on Botong as speakers. FEU will also accept by appointment for the entire month of November mini art tours highlighting the Botong murals within the FEU Campus in Manila.
  • November 22-23 – Angono Higantes Festival and Town Fiesta, Angono, Rizal
  • 4 December – “Images of Nation: Botong Francisco A Nation Imagined ” exhibit featuring the works of Maestro Botong from public and private collections, Ayala Museum, Makati City
  • February 2013 – “Celebrating the Art of Botong : A Monograph” Launching of the catalog record of  the various activities mounted for the Botong Centennial Celebration by the Centennial Committee
  • February 2013 – “ Art Inspirations : Angono and Maestro Botong”  A Botong Tribute Exhibit by the Angono Artists Association, at SM Megamall/Podium
  • February 2013 – Book Launch of “ Readings on the History of Angono” by Eugenio Lara, Far Eastern University, Manila
  • February to March 2013 – UST Museum Annual Inter-School On the Spot Painting Competition and Exhibition, University of Santo Tomas
  • November 2013 – “Botong During the Japanese Era” Exhibit as a closing event for the Centennial Celebration , UP Vargas Museum
